Meet Natalia, Master Confectioner
Natalia is a classically trained confectioner from Kiev, Ukraine, who studied under one of the world's top ten confectioners. She owned an award-winning bakery in Kiev, until the war brought her and her family to Newnan. Natalia uses only the freshest, quality ingredients to create exquisite pastries in the European fashion. Her specialties include: macarons, mousse cakes, Basque cheesecakes, croissants and delicately detailed cookie art. She creates beautifully decorated, unique wedding cakes. If it can be imagined, she can deliciously create it.
